Jason has over 20 years’ experience within the property and finance industry having worked within agency, property development and the short term finance space on as a lender and a broker. Jason’s background has given him the ability to see deals from all angles whilst able to structure the right solutions for his clients with his strong understanding of acquisitions and development.

Michael White 
Chief Operations Officer

Michael has worked in the banking and mortgage sector for more than 40 years holding various senior credit and underwriting positions within a number of leading European and US financial organisations. Also, worked in a consultant role as an independent Lending Expert Witness. Michael was a founding Director of Kensington Mortgage Company (KMC) which completed a notable IPO in 2001. Also, as a Co- Founding Director, Michael subsequently launched London Mortgage Company (LMC), which was successfully sold to the American Investment Bank, Lehman Brothers, in 2006.
